Community Guidelines

MyWika is people helping each other learn. These rules keep it that way.

Reporting

• Signed in only. There are no anonymous reports. Report from the app or from any pack page.
• "I See This Too." If someone already reported it, confirm it instead of reporting again. Five confirmations hide a pack until a moderator checks it.

Fix This notes

• A mistake is not a strike. A moderator points at the words and asks you to fix them.
• You have 14 days. Fix it, or tap "This is correct" and say why. If nothing happens, the pack is hidden until it is fixed. No strike.

Strikes

• Three strikes and you cannot publish. The offline app and your own decks always keep working.
• Strikes expire after 6 months, or 12 months if you were banned before.
• Hate and spam bots are banned straight away.

Appeals

• One appeal per strike. A different moderator reviews it. Bans go to a MyWika manager.

Moderators

• Earned, not given. After 3 months with no strikes and real contributions, a manager can promote you.
• A ban needs two moderators. Every moderator action is logged.

No private messages

People help each other through packs, votes, corrections and reports, not chat.
